IHN Consulting provides smartphone training and support for you and/or your employees. Our goal is to help you become more productive and to better understand the technology at hand. Many companies deploy servers and more to help make employees more effective while out of the office. By being able to wirelessly push the email, contacts, and calenders directly to their handheld devices, they always have what they need with them. This is where you tend to run into problems... that's where we come in.

Many businesses use these great smartphone services, and many employees in turn have blackberrys or other similar devices. The problem then becomes, how do "I" use it? These types of phones have many features and options, and it becomes overwhelming and difficult to figure out without the proper knowledge. Before you know it, you have frustrated employees and even more frustrated managers/owners since the investment isn't paying off. Great news! This is where we come into play.

How we can help

Here at IHN Consulting, we have nearly 10 years of wireless phone and smartphone training. We are windows certified, droid experts, and blackberry guru's. We have worked directly for many cellular companies, and have gone through literally hundreds of hours of training to learn about how these features can benefit you and your employees and we want to show you how. We then provide you with expert consulting to help your employees become more knowledgable and better yet more productive with their handheld devices.

How it works

To start, we have to know you have a need! So, using our contact us page you can send us an email or call us directly to set up an informative overview of our service. But in short, we set up a schedule (usually 2-4 hours on 2-3 days, depending on the size of your company) and we come in and train your employees on a rotating schedule. Most commonly chosen is to schedule your employees for 15 minute sessions with us each, and we review their direct questions and in general how to use thier device. We prefer if they wright down up to 5 questions that they would like to know. Then, if there happens to be a specific questions we can't answer, we will figure it out or direct them to who can within 48 hours (free of charge)! That's it, easy!
